Young talents start their apprenticeship at Galliker
On August 2, 2023, 49 apprentices started their apprenticeship at Galliker Transport AG. They were all warmly welcomed by Rolf Galliker, co-owner of the family business, and their new vocational instructors.
During the first few days, the young talents explored the company in the form of a scavenger hunt - from the exciting Car Logistics to the various logistics centers and the company's own locksmith's shop. Since Galliker attaches great importance to safety and sustainability, all new apprentices took part in environmental protection training and also completed the official first-aid course. The introductory program also included the forklift course, which was popular with the apprentices. The highlight of the introductory week was the hike up the Napf. Over a leisurely lunch, there was a lot of talking and laughing together as well as solving small brainteasers. As a family business, promoting young talent is particularly important to us. For many years, young professionals have been completing their apprenticeships with us in 14 different professions. We wish them all an exciting and successful apprenticeship.
