Deliveries from Switzerland and surrounding European countries reach the Galliker deep-freeze centers by road or rail. Our national distribution network offers our customers a high degree of transport flexibility with short transit times. When transferring full loads between the locations, container transport by rail is used in addition to road transportation, which not only ensures lower emissions but also enables a 24-hour pick-up delivery service.
Deliveries to end customers are made from our ideally located regional platforms using GPS-equipped vehicles. GPS monitoring enables permanent temperature monitoring of the freight from the driver's cab as well as from the central dispatching system.
