Thanks to our own extensive branch network, we can guarantee our customers the transportation of delicate goods such as foodstuffs. Refrigerated trucks and containers enable a closed cold chain in various temperature ranges. Thanks to our experienced staff, hygiene and the correct timing of the delivery of fresh goods are always guaranteed.
We receive goods destined for the Swiss market from food manufacturers and wholesalers in Switzerland and neighboring countries. At our food platforms in central Altishofen or in the S. Antonino, Conthey, Aclens, Möhlin or Staad branches, the food is handled without interrupting the cold chain - the goods are then dispatched to the various parts of the country. The goods are delivered to our national distribution centers by road transport or by rail using refrigerated containers. The regional Galliker vehicle fleets handle the detailed distribution and delivery of consignments in compliance with all safety (food defense), hygiene and cold chain requirements.
Our international reefer fleets transfer food products in full or part loads - on various European routes and always in compliance with the required temperature zones. Our main transports are between Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany and the Benelux countries. The foodstuffs are reliably distributed in the respective country of destination within the closed cold chain. Certified in accordance with the IFS Food Standard and ISO 22,000, we fully meet the high demands of our international customers thanks to our advanced infrastructure and modern fleet.
